A: Yes, the minimum booking is 2 hours, with a maximum of 6 hours. This ensures I can deliver a high-energy, well-prepared set for your event.
Q: How do I book your DJ services?
A: You can contact me either via the contact form on my website, by emailing gemmattdiscos@gmail.com, or by calling 07954 746546. Once we confirm availability, a deposit will secure your date.
Q: What kind of music do you play?
A: I tailor the playlist to suit your event and preferences—whether it’s chart hits, classics, R&B, house, hip-hop, 80s, or a mix! You can even send me a list of must-play songs.
Q: Can I make song requests?
A: Absolutely! You can send a list in advance, and I’m happy to take requests during the event too.
Q: Do you bring your own equipment?
A: Yes, I provide all my own professional DJ equipment, sound system, and basic lighting setup. I even have a bubble machine and a smoke machine! Let me know in advance if your venue has any specific requirements.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: Please let me know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but I’ll do my best to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.
Q: Do you have public liability insurance?
A: Yes, I have a full £10m public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment—important for venues that require it.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: I’m based in Bristol and cover this area, as well as South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, and South Wales. An additional fee will be required if I need to travel a further distance.
